| STALLS We have 16 stalls. Ten are 12/10, four are 12/12 and two are 12/16. Skylights have been installed to offer a well lit barn in the daytime. We provide, on a daily basis: Stall cleaning and fresh shaving/saw dust bedding. The stalls have Automatic Spray Dispensers with Auto-Mist Insect Killer. Two fans have been mounted above each stall to insure your horses' comfort. |

| OUTDOOR ROUND PEN This 60 foot outdoor round pen has sand footing. This is an excellent place for training, lunging, or those first-time riders. |

| INDOOR ARENA We offer a 104/60 indoor arena with lights for night. This is also a great place to ride in the evening or on those rainy/cold days. |

| WASH RACK This 12/12 wash rack is equipped with hot and cold water. It has an adjustable spray nozzle that makes bath time much easier. Cross ties are also installed. |

| GROOMING STATION This 12/12 grooming station is equipped with cross ties, a sky light, rubber mat, and holders for grooming tools. This is a great place to tack up your horse. The ferrier is able to work here comfortably. We also have another area to cross tie your horse for ferrier work or grooming. |

| TACK ROOM This is where our boarders store all their riding equipment. The tack room has cabinets and lockers for storage. Each stall boarder has a numbered cabinet and locker assigned. Also each has a saddle rack and halter/bridle holder. In the tack room we have installed a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and water for your convenience. Air-conditioned/heated. |

| RESTROOMS Indoor bathroom equipped with large deep utility sink, washer and dryer. We have hot and cold water. It’s nice to not have to worry about taking dirty horse laundry home. |
